DAVID WYLIE ASSOCIATES fees are tailored to suit your needs. Each project is considered individually but generally, the level of fee is determined by two factors:
- Complexity
- Size
The lower the complexity and the smaller the project, the lower the fee will be. Complexity is determined by issues such as whether the building is listed, in a conservation area, on a sensitive site and the client's brief.
We offer, at our discretion, two fee structures:
- Traditional arrangement
- Risk fee arrangement
Traditional arrangement:
Under the traditional arrangement, we agree a fee with you at the outset of the project and this is paid in agreed instalments as the project progresses.
Risk fee arrangement:
If you are concerned about the level of fee leading up to the planning application stage, we offer an arrangement where you pay a fee in advance, with a proportion of the fee discounted in the event of planning consent not being granted. This arrangement is not offered on all projects and is at our discretion. Please contact us for full details.
